Terms of services

- Payment Policy: A 2% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions
- Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% fee
- Arrival Policy: Clients should arrive at least 15 minutes early
- Therapist Satisfaction: Clients can request a therapist change within the first 5 minutes if not satisfied
- Online Booking: No transaction fee applies to online bookings
